Bringing more control over your connectors

Mistral AI announced new capabilities in Connectors for integrating with external enterprise platforms. Enriched admin controls, API keys with connector scopes, and multi-account connectors are now generally available. The Connectors Debugger is in public preview, and Connectors in Vibe Code is generally available. Connectors in Workflows is in public preview.
Enriched admin controls operate at two levels: workspace and org controls let each team have its own connector access, while tool-level controls turn individual tools on or off for a whole org or one workspace. API keys with connector scope let a key reach only a workspace's shared connectors or private ones too. Multi-account connectors allow one connector to hold more than one login, with each account stored and refreshed separately.
The Connectors Debugger points at an MCP server URL, accepts OAuth credentials if needed, and runs a check that walks the connection through 11 steps, from reaching the server to opening the MCP session, logging each one. Connectors in Workflows let users declare connectors and accounts in the Workflow definition, with Studio resolving dependencies at run start. Connectors in Vibe Code let users type /connectors to pick from local MCP servers and admin-approved workspace connectors, enable tools, and start a task.
The connector directory covers more than 60 integrations, and a custom MCP connector can fill gaps for unlisted platforms. Mistral said Connectors Playground and Connectors in Workflows are in public preview. All are live in Studio.
