Roku rolls out over 30 subscription bundles for up to 30% off, plus a new Labs feature

Collected Oct 1, 2026

Roku is rolling out more than 30 subscription bundles that combine popular streaming services at up to 30% off their regular prices, the company announced. The bundles include services such as HBO Max, Starz, Hallmark+, and Fox One, and plans use an existing Roku account, so no separate sign-up is required.

Roku grouped the bundles into categories. Premium combinations include HBO Max, Cinemax, FOX One, Fox Nation, Hallmark+, and Starz. Learn and Discover covers services such as BritBox, Curiosity Stream, BBC Select, and MagellanTV. Indie & Fan Favorites includes Shout! TV, Screambox, Midnight Pulp, Hi-YAH!, and RetroCrush. Wholesome Picks features UP Faith & Family, Howdy, Dove Channel, and aspireTV+. International combinations include Sundance Now, Kino Film Collection, MHz Choice, and Viaplay.

Separately, Roku introduced Roku Labs, a testing area where users can try in-development apps and provide feedback. It is open to any user with no sign-up needed and starts with four experiences: Roku Stock, Roku Weather, Backdrop Studio, which lets users place custom artwork and images as a background, and Immerse, which lets users pick a screensaver. A tile for Labs appears on the main app grid, and Roku said it will be available "soon."

Roku also said it is making Roku LT OS, the lighter operating system that runs the Roku remote and Roku Smart Home, open source. The company said programmers, makers, and tinkerers can use the software for custom engineering projects. The announcement also mentioned an expansion of Roku Voice and an improved search among several additions.
