Generative AI Strategy

Chip Huyen said she prepared a talk titled "Leadership needs us to do generative AI. What do we do?" for Fully Connected.
She wrote that the idea for the talk came from many recent conversations with friends who need to figure out their generative AI strategy but aren't sure what exactly to do. According to Huyen, the talk is a simple framework to explore what to do with generative AI, and many ideas in it are still being fleshed out.
Huyen said she hopes to convert the talk into a proper post when she has more time. In the meantime, she said she would like to hear from others' experience through the process. She noted that she couldn't figure out how to make the slides centered on the page, and suggested downloading the slides.
She thanked everyone who responded to her post and shared thoughts on what she should include in the talk. She specifically thanked Kyle Gallatin, Goku Mohandas, Han-chung Lee, and Jamie de Guerre for thoughtful feedback on the talk.
